Remote Web Chat Manager

As the Remote Web Chat Manager at Aiven, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat team to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience with at least 8 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in communication - Develop and implement chat protocols and guidelines for agents to follow - Analyze chat metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new web chat agents - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service or web chat management - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems - Experience with managing remote teams is a plus
