Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

SingleStore is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online users.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and effectiveness of the web chat system - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service - Analyze chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless online experience - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the web chat platform and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the web chat experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 7 years of experience in managing web chat platforms or customer service operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies - Proficiency in chat analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
