Remote Web Chat Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote web chat agents, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service in the web chat channel - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance chat support capabilities - Implement best practices for web chat management and customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Experience managing a remote team preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in web chat software and customer relationship management tools - Resourceful, reliable, and adaptable - Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
