Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Tampere, Finland, is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, adaptable, and have strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all incoming web chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate information 2. Monitor and evaluate chat conversations for quality control and provide feedback to team members 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates through the web chat channel 4. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication across all channels 5. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2. 5+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service roles 3. Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving results 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in web chat software and customer relationship management tools
