Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Measur is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and strategy of our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient communication channel for our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive web chat strategy to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 2. Monitor and analyze web chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 3. Train and coach web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into various customer touchpoints and workflows. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the web chat experience. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless web chat functionality.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. 4. Adaptable and resilient attitude to handle high-pressure situations. 5. Excellent research and critical thinking skills. 6. Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems. 7. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention through web chat channels.
