Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at Wärtsilä. As a Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are driven, independent, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
