Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

GrainSense, a cutting-edge agricultural technology company based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer queries - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling customer interactions, building rapport, and resolving conflicts effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service and support across all channels - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers - Monitor and analyze web chat trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely - Excellent research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and effectively manage difficult situations - Proven experience in a customer service or web chat role, preferably in a technology or agricultural industry - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms, CRMs, and other customer service tools
