Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Valio is currently seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team and work from home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position at an Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to effectively manage people - Excellent written communication skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
