Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Specialist at 10Monkeys, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and address any concerns they may have. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and timely assistance.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and promote products/services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Work towards meeting established performance goals and metrics.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
