Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: Huhtamaki is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance promptly and accurately via web chat - Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Motivated and confident personality - Strong innovation and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
