Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our web chat platform in a professional and timely manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience - Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer service delivery

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries effectively - Cooperative attitude and team player mentality - Must be comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
