Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Rovio Entertainment in Helsinki, Finland. As an Entry Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly online customer support through web chat services. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department as needed - Update customer records accurately and in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for quality and productivity

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent presentation skills to engage with customers successfully - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - No prior experience required; we will provide training
