Job Description:
Yeply is seeking a passionate and resilient Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers and clients with inquiries and issues related to our products and services. This part-time role, at the Associate level, requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team. 3. Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards a resolution that satisfies the customer. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information and resources.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and customers. 4. Ability to research and solve problems independently. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with grace.
