Job Description:
As a Support Associate at Valmet, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing guidance on our products and services. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers and clients - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues - Provide guidance on product installation and usage - Document customer interactions and resolutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedicated and driven to provide excellent customer service - People management skills - Time management skills - Flexibility to work remotely - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Must be located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI
