Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ponsse is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products - Provide customer support via phone, email, and online chat - Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues - Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures for customer support

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic understanding of technical concepts related to our products - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Leadership and cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
