As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers using our products and services - Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Highly adaptable and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
