Job Description:
Finnlines is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers using our products and services - Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Highly adaptable and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
