Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

MariaDB is looking for a part-time Support Associate to join our remote team based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a high level of reliability and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MariaDB products. 3. Document and track customer interactions and reported issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team projects. 7. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Reliable and hardworking with a strong customer service orientation. 7. Strong planning and negotiation skills.
