Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Kesko on a part-time remote basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. This position requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving success.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring efficient and effective customer service - Developing and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Managing a team of support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed - Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and streamline operations - Monitoring and analyzing support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handling escalated customer issues and providing resolutions in a timely manner - Conducting performance reviews and setting goals for team members - Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team - Maintaining a positive and productive work environment for the support team
Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in a support management role - Driven and passionate individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities - Strategic planning and analytical skills - Experience with CRM software and other support tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
