Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Support Manager at Vaisala, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. Your primary duty will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective assistance with any technical issues they may encounter. You will work closely with our technical team to troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Remote troubleshooting of technical issues and providing solutions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical team - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided - Providing feedback to the technical team on common issues and potential improvements - Participating in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and improve processes

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly - Driven and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with remote support tools and software - Knowledge of cloud-based services and IT infrastructure - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
