Canatu, a leading company in the field of transparent conductive films and touch sensors, is seeking a Support Manager to join our remote team in Tampere, Finland. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues - Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product performance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver trainings and workshops for customers on product usage and best practices - Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Analytical mindset to identify root causes of technical issues - Comfortable working remotely and managing virtual teams
