Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at HMD Global. This is a remote work position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer support team to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement support strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Analyze support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Experience with negotiation and teamwork soft skills - Previous experience in a remote work setting - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
