Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Support Officer to join our team at Tamturbo. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with product information and recommendations. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assist in creating support documentation and training materials for customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
