Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MariaDB products - Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback - Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system - Assist in the creation of support documentation and knowledge base articles - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer support experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role - Energetic and resilient personality traits, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong research and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and solve problems - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
