Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work

The Support Specialist - Remote Work at Relex Solutions will be responsible for providing technical support to clients remotely. They will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on product usage. The Support Specialist will also collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of any issues reported by clients.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients remotely - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information to assist with issue resolution - Collaborate with the development team to escalate and prioritize technical issues - Document support tickets and track their progress to ensure timely resolution - Provide guidance to clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices - Stay up to date on product updates and new features to effectively support clients


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support - Ability to work remotely and independently - Knowledge of software development and database management is a plus
