Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, have strong decision-making skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide quick and accurate assistance with inquiries, issues, and support requests - Utilize knowledge base and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers - Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the web chat support system

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with web chat platforms and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
