Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat platforms. This is a remote work position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or tech support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues related to Oura Ring products. 2. Document all interactions with customers accurately and professionally. 3. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate team for resolution. 4. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Previous experience in customer service or tech support. 3. Driven and hardworking attitude. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments. 5. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and creatively. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
