Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

KONE Corporation is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Associate. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through the web chat platform to answer questions, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions that exceed their expectations. 3. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions with customers, showing empathy and understanding towards their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 3. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically. 5. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
