Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Uponor is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and possess the necessary soft skills such as time management and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize web chat performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in web chat platforms and CRM systems - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills
