As a Web Chat Officer at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess excellent planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Strong research skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 8. Hardworking and energetic personality.
