Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our remote team based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with inquiries. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to customer queries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on common problems. 4. Utilize strategic planning and cooperation skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Work independently and energetically to meet performance goals and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and empathy in all interactions. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent cooperation skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. 5. Strategic planning abilities to manage and resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Comfortable working remotely and using online chat platforms. 7. A drive for continuous improvement and learning in a fast-paced environment.
