Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team remotely. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is driven, reliable, and possesses strong project management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and assistance to customers troubleshooting any issues they may have. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues. 4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Document all interactions with customers for future reference and analysis. 6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales through web chat interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 5. Experience working remotely and managing projects independently. 6. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
