Job Description: Inscripta is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our remote team based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries. 2. Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Utilize persuasion skills to educate customers on products and services, ultimately driving sales and revenue. 4. Analyze chat interactions and customer feedback to identify common issues and trends, providing valuable insights to the team. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer data in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high standard of customer service across all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online chat support role. 3. Resilient and reliable personality traits, able to handle challenging interactions with professionalism and grace. 4. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to analyze customer needs and preferences. 5. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and online chat platforms. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adjust schedule as needed.
