This is a remote, part-time position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to Hilton's online platforms - Manage social media accounts, including creating engaging content, monitoring responses, and analyzing performance metrics - Collaborate with internal departments to create and execute successful marketing campaigns - Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic individual with a passion for digital marketing - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
