Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Ponsse, a leading manufacturer of forest machinery, is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage social media channels, including content creation and scheduling - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation - Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development and implementation - Energetic and driven personality, with a passion for driving results - Strong people management skills, able to effectively lead and motivate a team - Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools
