Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a motivated and resilient Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on Fortum's online platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization - Create and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Provide support in other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - A resilient and motivated individual with a strong passion for digital marketing - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
