Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Glue Collaboration in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a part-time entry level position, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Create and manage content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns - Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and measure success - Monitor online presence and engage with followers to build community and drive engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Driven and passionate about digital marketing - Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
