Digital Marketing Associate

Neste is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, creative, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Assist in the creation of content for digital channels, including social media, email, and website

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Energetic and passionate about digital marketing - Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
