Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Aiven is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis - Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials - Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates - Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engaging with followers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resourceful and motivated personality traits
