Hilton is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives, while also exhibiting resilience in the face of challenges.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility and traffic - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members - Passion for staying informed about digital marketing trends
