Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Rovio Entertainment, located in Vantaa, Finland, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising - Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximization of marketing efforts - Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing - Manage and report on marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns - Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation - Create compelling content for digital platforms to engage and convert target audiences - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and motivated, with a strong desire to drive results - Persuasion and innovation as key soft skills
