Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Neste, a leading energy company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement. 2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and SEO/SEM. 3. Create and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and conversion rates. 4. Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. 7. Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication and project management skills. 5. Independent and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 6. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
