Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Metsä Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional meetings held in our office in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Create and manage social media content and engage with followers - Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and activities - Collaborate with designers and other team members to create marketing materials - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus - Leadership and problem-solving skills
