Remote Marketing Associate

Fortum is seeking a part-time Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being confident and resourceful, as well as strong soft skills in communication and innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns. 3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to make data-driven marketing decisions. 4. Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns. 5. Create content for various marketing channels, including newsletters, blog posts, and press releases. 6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate marketing success. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. 7. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
