Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Elisa Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and eager to kickstart their career in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Create content for digital and print marketing materials - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers - Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing performance - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in marketing is essential - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills to gather data and insights for marketing campaigns - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
