Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Aiven is seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, online advertising, etc.) - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth - Support in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms - No prior experience required
