Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Huhtamaki in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our digital platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, and email marketing - Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to achieve departmental goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital advertising platforms - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Demonstrated leadership abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
