Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Lean Entries is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being independent and energetic. Additionally, soft skills in project management and planning are highly desired for this role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Create and maintain social media accounts and content - Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute projects and initiatives - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends - Assist in creating marketing materials and content - Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3 years of experience in online marketing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Experience with Google Analytics and SEO best practices - Excellent project management and planning skills
