Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Kojamo in Vantaa, Finland. As an Online Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email, and display advertising - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels - Assist in the creation of content for digital marketing materials including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics - Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to internal stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resilient to changing priorities and deadlines - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics - Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
