Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Hilton is looking for a part-time Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Helsinki, FI. As an Entry Level Online Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase brand awareness for Hilton in the Uusimaa region.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Online Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization - Assist in the creation of digital content including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth - Support the team in brainstorming and implementing new ideas for online marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in online marketing or related field - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and writing abilities - Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising best practices
