Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

HappyOrNot is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our remote team. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to increase brand awareness - Create engaging content for various platforms including website, social media, and press releases - Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to measure success and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging - Manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Provide support for internal communication initiatives - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
